These Terms and Conditions apply to the PowerClicker app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices created by Ttech LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a Freemium service.

By downloading or utilizing the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

Scope and Purpose of the Application

The Application is designed as a tool for task automation and application testing. It is intended to assist with repetitive tasks and to serve as an accessibility aid for users.

This application is not intended for game automation or any form of fraudulent activity. In particular, the following actions may violate the terms of service of third-party services (such as games or advertising platforms):

• Automating actions in online games (including cheating)
• Fraudulent ad clicking or intentionally manipulating system behavior
• Any actions that may violate the terms of service of third-party services

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this application complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of relevant third-party services. The service provider assumes no responsibility for any violations of third-party service policies or any penalties resulting from the use of this application.

2. Device Security

   It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this could compromise its security and functionality.

3. Costs and Data Usage

   If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, you are responsible for any charges from your mobile network provider, including data usage and roaming fees.

1. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Application. These include, but are not limited to:

   • Violations of third-party terms of service or policies due to automated actions performed by the Application.
   • Suspension or termination of accounts, loss of access to services, or penalties imposed by third-party services.
   • Device or data damage, security breaches, or unintended behavior caused by the use of the Application.

2. No Warranty

   The Service Provider makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the functionality, reliability, or suitability of the Application for any particular purpose.
